Who holds your data

What you give us
Your email, the YouTube channel you name, what you sell and to whom, your website address, and anything you type into Settings or a card. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number.

What we read
Public YouTube data about your channel and the channels your buyers watch: titles, view counts, comments and transcripts of public videos, through the YouTube Data API and Supadata. PreFilm uses YouTube API Services; by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

How we use AI
Titles, transcripts, comments and your business details are sent to Anthropic's models to write your ideas, scripts and roasts. They are not used to train those models.

Where it lives
Your data is stored with Supabase and served by Vercel. We use PostHog to see which screens work and which do not.

Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, one remembers the analysis you started, and PostHog sets its own for analytics. No advertising cookies.

Deleting your data
Email hp@roughwatermedia.com from the address on your account and we delete the account, its channels, ideas and scripts within 7 days. Stripe keeps the payment records the law requires.
