Plain terms for using PreFilm.

Who we are
PreFilm is a product of Focal Technology, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. Plans paid through Whop are sold and billed by Purchase Consulting Services L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Meydan Free Zone licence 2530170.01), which takes those payments for PreFilm; plans paid through Stripe are billed by Focal Technology, Inc. What PreFilm does
PreFilm reads public YouTube data around your channel and your niche and writes video ideas, scripts and roasts for you. If you connect your channel in Settings, you grant PreFilm Google's YouTube permission, which lets it read that channel's videos, unlisted and private ones included, and change their titles, descriptions and tags. PreFilm uses it when you or your assistant ask: to list and search your videos, and to change a video only after you confirm the exact change, as the Privacy page sets out. PreFilm uses YouTube API Services; by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The ideas are suggestions. We do not promise views, subscribers, leads or sales.

Your account
You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox and your Google account safe: anyone with the link can open your account until it expires.

Paying
The trial costs $1 for 7 days on a monthly plan, then the plan you chose renews monthly through Whop, or through Stripe for accounts started before the change, until you cancel; an annual plan is paid for the year at the start. An annual plan renews each year; cancelling stops it at the end of the year you paid for. Cancel any time from Settings or your billing portal; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started.

Your content
The business details, voice rules and board cards you enter stay yours. The scripts and ideas we write for you are yours to film, edit and publish.

What you may not do
Do not use PreFilm to scrape, resell or republish other creators' videos, transcripts or comments, to impersonate anyone, or to break YouTube's terms.

The extension and access tokens
The PreFilm extension and any access token sign in as you. Keep them private and remove them in Settings. Anything done with them counts as done by you.

Limits
PreFilm is provided as it is. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the month it happened.

Changes
When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Using PreFilm after that means you accept the new version.
