Who we are
PreFilm is a product of Focal Technology, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. Questions go to hp@roughwatermedia.com.

What PreFilm does
PreFilm reads public YouTube data around your channel and your niche, then writes video ideas, scripts and roasts for you. The ideas are suggestions. We do not promise views, subscribers, leads or sales.

Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox safe: anyone with the link can open your account until it expires.

Paying
The trial costs $1 for 7 days, then the plan you chose renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings or the Stripe portal; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started.

Your content
The business details, voice rules and card fields you enter stay yours. The scripts and ideas we write for you are yours to film, edit and publish.

What you may not do
Do not use PreFilm to scrape, resell or republish other creators' videos, transcripts or comments, to impersonate anyone, or to break YouTube's terms.

Limits
PreFilm is provided as it is. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the month it happened.

Changes
When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Using PreFilm after that means you accept the new version.
